اللہ رب العزت نے ایسا کوئی مرض یا پریشانی پیدا ہی نہیں کی جس کا علاج پہلے سے موجود نہ رکھا ہو
یا حَـيُّ يا قَيّـومُ بِـرَحْمَـتِكِ أَسْتَـغـيث 
اگر کسی بھائی بہن بیٹی یا بیٹے کو کوئی بھی پریشانی ہو یا بیماری ہو صرف چند ضروری ہدایات پر عمل کرے اور یہ دعا کثرت سے پڑھے
1 : نماز کی پابندی
2 : قرآن کی تلاوت
3 : جھوٹ کینہ بغض غیبت چغل خوری حرام کی کمائی زنا بدکاری حسد ہوس لالچ سے پرہیز کرے 
4 : اللہ پر کامل یقین رکھے
اور یہ دعا ہر وقت باوضو رہ کر پڑھتا رہے یعنی جتنا وقت ملے (لیکن کوشش کرکے زیادہ سے زیادہ وقت نکالے)  41 یوم کا یہ عمل بتائے گئے طریقے سے پڑھے انشاء اللہ 41 یوم بہت دورہیں چند ہی روز میں آپ کے مسائل حل ہونا شروع ہوجائیں گے
