مریض کے سینے پر 3 بار ہاتھ مار کر پھر اس کے سر پر ہاتھ رکھ کر 21 مرتبہ پڑھا جائے اور اگر نظر بد بہت ہی شدید ہوتو یہ ہی عمل دن میں 3 بار کیا جائے انشاء اللہ شفاء یابی ہوگی
نوٹ :- یہ عمل کسی خاتون کیلئے کیا جائے تو اس صورت میں کوئی خاتون ہی یہ عمل کرے یا صرف خاتون کے سر کی طرف اشارہ کرکے پڑھا جائے
