جہادُ نفس (عشق حقیقی )

انسان كا سب سے بڑا دشمن اس كا نفس ہے اور وہ برابر عقل كے ساتھ جنگ اور تجاوز كى حالت ميں رہتا ہے_ شيطان كے وسوسوں سے الہام ليتا ہے اور لاو لشكر كے ساتھ عقل پر حملہ آور ہوتا ہے تا كہ اسے جدا اور خاموش كردے اور وہ تن تنہا ميدان پر قابو پائے ركھے اس كى غرض يہ ہے كہ فرشتوں كو نفس كى دنيا سے باہر نكال دے اور اسے پورى طرح شياطین كے قبضے ميں دے ايسے غدار دشمن كو سرنگوں كرنا كوئي آسان كام نہيں ہے_ ارادہ حتمى اور مقابلہ بلكہ جہاد كرنا اس كے لئے ضرورى ہو جاتا ہے اور وہ بھى ايك دفعہ اور دو دفعہ يا ايك دن يا دو دن ايك سال يا دو سال نہيں بلكہ تمام عمر پے در پے جہاد كرنا ضرورى ہے _ اس سے سخت مقابلہ اور متصل جہاد چاہئے اور نفس اور روح كو زیر كرنے اور اس كى خواہشات پر قابو پانے كے لئے بہت سخت جنگ كرنى پڑتى ہے
پيغمبر عليہ السلام اور ائمہ طاہرين سے الہام لے كر عقل كى مدد سے اس كے لائو لشكر سے جنگ كريں اور نفس كے تجاوزات اور زيادتيوں كو روكے ركھيں اور اس كى فوج كو گھيرا ڈال كر ختم كرديں تا كہ عقل جسم كى مملكت پر حكومت كر سكے اور شرعيت سے الہام لے كر كمال انسانى اور سير و سلوك تك پہنچ سكے _ نفس كے ساتھ صلح اور آشتى نہيں كى جا سكتى بلكہ اس سے جنگ كرنى چاہئے تا كہ اسے زير كيا جائے اور وہ اپني حد تك رہے اور سازش كرنے سے باز رہے سعادت تك پہنچنے كے لئے اس كے سوا اور كوئي راستہ موجود نہيں ہے _ اسى وجہ سے نفس كے ساتھ جنگ كرںے كو احادى ميں جہاد كہا گيا ہے
حضرت علىؓ فرمايا ہے كہ '' اپنے نفس پر پے در پے جہاد كرنے سے تسلط پيدا كرو_(146)
نفس كے ساتھ جہاد اس قدر مہم ہے كہ اسے پيغمبر اكبر نے جہاد اكبر سے تعبير فرمايا ہے اتنا اہم جہاد ہے كہ جنگ والے جہاد سے بھى اسے بڑا قرار ديا ہے
حضرت علىؓ نے نقل فرمايا ہے كہ'' رسول خدا(ص) نے ايك لشكر دشمن سے لڑنے كے لئے روانے كيا اور جب وہ جنگ سے واپس آيا آپ نے ان سے فرمايا مبارك ہو ان لوگوں كو كہ جو چھوٹے جہاد كو انجام دے آئے ہيں ليكن ابھى ايك بڑا جہاد ان پر واجب ہے آپ سے عرض كى گئي يا رسول اللہ(ص) بڑا جہاد كونسا ہے؟ آپ(ص) نے فرمايا اپنے نفس سے جہاد كرنا_(151)

عمل :- اگر کوئی نفس امارہ اور شیطان کے چنگل سے بچنا چاہے تو مناجات کرے ہر وقت باوضو رہے اور اس کا کوئی لمحہ ذکر اللہ سے غافل نہ گزرے اگر وہ سوتا بھی ہے تو دل اس کا ذکر اللہ میں مشغول رہے اس کی سانسیں ذکر اللہ کرتی رہیں اور خلاف نفس عمل کرے
جس کسی نے یہ عمل کیا نفس اس کا مطیع و فرمابردار ہوا 
اللہ کریم ہم سب کو نفس و شیطان کے شر سے محفوظ رکھے آمین
